Tomorrow we are driving across Denmark to visit the first church that my wife and I started. It is located in a town called Nakskov, which is a beautiful town on one of Denmarks biggest islands.
It's always wonderful to come back and see the good work that faithful people there are doing and every time it reminds me of a very important truth - churches are build with people. You can have the perfect strategy and implement the perfect system, but if you don't have people you don't have a church. The reason the church we started in Nakskov is still there, is because there are still people there who want to build Gods Kingdom on earth. The Kingdom of God is in the heart of people and not in systems or organizations. Yes, both of these things can be good, but they are there because of people - and not the other way around.
